4. Payments & Billing

Payments must be made as per the agreed milestone schedule.

Work will begin only after receipt of the initial booking/advance amount.

Delayed payments may impact project timelines and attract late payment charges if specified in the contract.

Taxes as applicable will be levied as per government regulations.

5. Timelines & Delays

Project timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as material availability, labour constraints, customer delays, structural limitations, weather conditions, or unexpected site challenges.

Crisolite Designs is not liable for delays outside reasonable control.

6. Designs, Drawings & Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, 3D renders, and documents shared by Crisolite Designs remain the intellectual property of the company.

They cannot be copied, distributed, or used with other contractors without written permission.

Copying our design without consent may result in legal action.

7. Material Selection & Warranty

Materials are used based on customer approval and project requirements.

Warranties for materials, accessories, or appliances are governed by the respective manufacturer.

Crisolite Designs does not provide additional warranty unless explicitly mentioned.

8. Site Access & Safety

Customers must provide safe and timely access to the project site for measurements, installation, and supervision.

Crisolite Designs is not responsible for personal belongings or damages caused by external parties at the site.

9. Third-Party Services

Some services may be performed by trusted third-party vendors.

Crisolite Designs is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party manufacturers but will assist in resolution.

10. Modifications & Cancellations

Once project execution begins, cancellations are not permitted.

If a customer cancels before execution, deductions may apply for design fees, site surveys, or administrative costs.

Any design modifications after approval may incur additional charges.

11. Limitation of Liability

Crisolite Designs will not be responsible for:

• Damages due to misuse, lack of maintenance, or external forces.
• Losses arising from customer delays or interference.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
